another day at home

woke up at around 11am. planned to do alot of work today but just couldnt get started. took my time to get out of bed. Reheated the winter melon soup for breakfast and ate with rice. it was plain. just soup, abit of winter melon and some spare ribs..

read 1 chapter of retail mgmt, which was good cos i made quite concise notes for it. which may be use-able for exams as well. After 2 hours of reading, i finally took a break. wanted to watch hustle and flow but darl had meetin in sch so no choice. played NBA live 06. and dota. playing against AI is really damn boring. didnt exactly finished the game.

Then started off with strategic management. Did for about 1 and 1/2 hours. jus read according to the tute questions. then it was dinner time, which i was anticipating anxiously, cos my stomach is totally empty since my breakfast/lunch (no, i did not eat anything in between). Cooked fish in white sauce and italian herbs:



was tryin to make the outside golden brown. but as i hear the sizzling of the oil and starin at all the oil spilling on the walls. i just couldnt pan fry it anymore (even though the walls were covered with ceramics). i dun wan my place to be oily.. so i put everything inside an aluminium container and straight into the oven for 20 mins:



Nice? well, it tasted even more nice. and here's what left of the piece of fish:



yum yum... and i had some leftover soup as well..
